With a Master's from the University of São Paulo (USP), a doctorate in psychobiology and two post-doctorates, his method brings together scientific rigour, clear teaching and structured technique — an online learning experience that is objective, applicable and focused on continuing professional development.

Dr. Joe Rosário is a Physical Therapist, Osteopath, Naturopath, Chiropractor and Acupuncturist with over 25 years of clinical practice and academic research. He holds a Master's degree from the University of São Paulo (USP) Medical School, a doctorate in psychobiology and two post-doctoral fellowships in behavioural medicine.

Creator of the Postural Balance method, taught in the United States and Canada since 2015, and founder of Instituto Terapia Manual (Brazil), Manual Therapy Academy (Canada) and Manual Therapy Europe, his doctoral research examined the relationship between posture and emotions. He is the author of five books on manual therapy and postural re-education and of 18 peer-reviewed articles published between 2002 and 2017. His teaching philosophy centres on rigorous science, clear reasoning and structured technique — built for genuine professional development.
