Rather than targeting isolated muscles or joints, RPG identifies and works with the global postural chains that drive chronic pain, joint compression and movement dysfunction.
Where conventional approaches focus on the site of pain, RPG explores why the pain developed — the adaptive postural compensations that have accumulated over years or decades.
